Alpha is a diversified listed company, which developed from a single toy company\nto a company with four business sectors. Its development strategy is\nworth being studied. This essay focuses on Alpha�s corporate-level strategies.\nWith the introduction and analysis of the internal and external environment\nof Alpha Company, and combining with the analysis of the company business\nmodel, the paper used the analysis tools such as SWOT and PEST to study the\nmanagement model and business portfolios of the company. In the process of\ndiversification development of many Chinese enterprises, they often focus on\nbusiness-level strategy, while ignoring the importance of corporate-level\nstrategy. This may make them ignore the expansion of investment, support of\nthe core business and the coordination of the business. Therefore, the corporate\nstrategy is an important factor for the enterprise�s development. Then, the\npaper draws the conclusion that the management model needed to be adjusted,\nand the business portfolios needed to be improved. According to this\nconclusion, it figured out the Alpha�s strategic objectives and planning\nschemes, and set the diversification strategy, which might be suitable for the\ncompany development. Finally, the paper put forward the concrete measures\nof corporate-level strategy, including five aspects of the management adjustment\nmeasures, which are the adjustment of the organizational structure, the\nmanagement of the integration of acquisition resources, R & D resources� integration,\nintegration of human resources and integration of sales resources.\nConclusions might provide some effective suggestions for building the company�s\nlong-term strategy....
The globalisation of manufacturing activities has led to the emergence of internationally\ndispersed manufacturing plants. Coordination of such networks\nis a complex task and entails several management challenges. The purpose of\nthis paper is to increase the understanding regarding the coordination issues\nand how they could be managed in IMN environment. Using a multiple case\nstudy approach, data from three multi-plant manufacturing businesses were\ncollected and analysed. The results include discussions on coordination aspects\nsuch as autonomy and mechanisms to conduct coordination. The aim of this article is to examine the effect of family-friendly human resource\npractice on employees� organizational commitment and job performance,\nand the role of workplace spirituality fit within the prior relationship.\nTo this end, this research collects 347 samples data, and conducts a hierarchical\nregression analysis. The results show that family-friendly human resource\npractice has a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment\nand job performance of employees, whilst workplace spirituality\nplays a partial intermediary role in the relationship. This research suggests\nthat organizations should pay attention to the implementation of family-\nfriendly human resource practice in order to improve organizational commitment\nand job performance of employees, thus enhancing the organization�s\ncompetitive advantages....
Purpose: The study aims to identify the role of business ethics in improving the quality of job performance. Methods:\nA survey was carried out by recruiting 540 individuals, who were working with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of\nRepublic of Sudan.\nResults: The outcomes have been developed on the basis of three hypotheses. The reliability value of the\nquestionnaire was 0.817 for the 18 variables. Majority of the respondents have shown positive or neutral responses\ntowards the statements. The squared values of differential statements have shown idealistic outcomes in accordance\nwith the work ethics.\nConclusion: It is concluded that it is necessary to develop the practice of work ethics, which will definitely result in\nincreased quality of employees� performance....
